How do I set up/change/cancel an appointment?

Contact Jenny Benavides for new patient appointments and follow up appointments. If you are a new patient, once a date and time have been set you will be transferred to Jenny Benavides so that she can gather insurance information from you.

How do I get to the office?

The West Hollywood office is just across from Cedars on Beverly one half block west of Jerry's Deli.

Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?

Co-payments are due at the time of your visit. Arrangements can be made through Ms. Benavides to bill your insurance company for the balance.

How can I get a prescription refilled?

Most prescriptions are refillable for established patients. Just email Jenny Benavides at the office anytime.

How can I find out results of my tests?

We always notify you when your test results are in or feel free to call or email our office and ask for Jenny Benavides. We will email you the results of your tests so you have a copy for your files.

What do I do in an emergency?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In urgent need call the office number 310.894.6358 and you will be forwarded to the doctor's messaging service, then leave your name and number, then the message. The doctor will call you back. If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room. The ER will contact us for you.

Who should I contact if I get sick after office hours or on weekends?
